FLOWABLE GEL

Silicone gel has water repellency and high electrical strength and absorbs mechanical vibrations very well. It also has unique tack and self healing properties, so it forms a strong bond to the surface that is difficult to be adhered. This properties are suitable for protecting the circuitry of electronic components from the harmful effects from moisture and other contaminants.

In addition, silicone gel has better heat resistance than any other material because of its excellent elasticity. It can be used at temperatures ranging from -45 to 200℃ in physically and chemically stable condition.

Silicone gel provides low hardness, excellent elasticity and surface adhesion by being applied to the formulation of heat dissipating silicone materials for electric vehicles except its own potting and molding purpose. Because of low viscosity and excellent wetting, it is possible to fill a high content of ceramic filler when producing heat dissipating silicone materials and it helps achieving higher thermal conductivity.

The product is generally designed to be used in 1:1 mixing ratio which provides ease of use. FEATURES - good transparency
